Net iD Service is the website that gives instructive pointers for using Net iD in various types of solutions with smart cards. The site provides several concrete examples of common integrations, challenges, tips, advice and decisive options for maximum ease of use. The aim is to give our customers additional perspectives on ways to build an efficient IT security solution with Net iD and smart cards. The website is divided into three sections:

1. An open section with code examples and a limited amount of general information.
2. A second section that requires certificate login and provides more detailed factual instructions and tips. The website can be accessed by users with SITHS cards and customers with other types of approved certificates. 3. The last section is reserved for customers with support agreements. In this section you can, for example, try out different packages and test our functionality for reading out Mifare information using Net iD.

Net iD Service should not be confused with Net iD Support, which provides customers holding support agreements with troubleshooting and debugging assistance according to the agreed SLA. Support is based on our web-based support system, Net iD Support Suite, which is always accessible online. Registered cases receive ongoing status reports so that you can always keep up-to-date with the latest support information.
