Net iD Support
Net iD Support is a support (helpdesk) service for licensees of SecMaker’s security Net iD software. Depending on which service-level agreement (SLA) level you choose, you get assistance with issues that may arise when you use solutions based on Net iD.
A support agreement gives you the assurance of knowing that your smart-card solution will function without problems throughout the license period for Net iD. You then get no unpleasant surprises: prompt troubleshooting minimizes downtime, irrespective of problem type.
Net iD Support is available at three SLA levels:
• Silver is a support contract that covers basic needs.
• Gold meets most customers’ requirements and offers high-priority access to our support staff during business hours.
• Platinum provides maximum access to our support staff, high-priority case handling and the option of extended support hours.
