Posted by Emmelie Hardenborg, filed under News.

On May 31 and June 1, Intel is hosting Vårddagarna at Villa Mälargården in Bro with interesting and exciting lectures and workshops about security challenges within the healthcare sector.

Over two half days, a workshop is being held on Intel’s Healthcare Breach Security Assessment with lectures on current threats.

SecMaker will be participating and discussing how users of Net iD and smart cards can benefit from Intel Authenticate.

David Houlding from Intel U.S.A, will be participating. He is the Healthcare Privacy and Security Lead at Intel Life Sciences and has more than 20 years’ experience within the healthcare sector, privacy and security as well as enterprise architecture. David has been involved in the development of Intel’s Healthcare Breach Security Assessment and will be leading the workshop for this tool, as well as presenting the results and what they entail.

Intel Vårddagarna is aimed at people who work with IT issues in the healthcare sector. Please contact Johan Lidén for more information.
